Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri at Columbia, Todd has entitled and developed over 5,000 units and parcels of land, both residential and commercial, while collaborating with national retail chains, shopping centers, and major homebuilders. His expertise in maximizing space through efficient design laid the foundation for OnPoint, where we now bring over 100 years of collective experience in real estate development to every project.

Today, our team is a powerhouse of industry-leading professionals, united by integrity, unmatched attention to detail, and a relentless drive to overcome obstacles. Key members like Director of Development Steven Pollock, PE – a Southern California native with a BS in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo – bring specialized skills in CEQA compliance, entitlements, and project management, having overseen complex retail expansions and phased developments.
